As soon as you receive your shipment, we recommend you:
• Carefully inspect the contents for any physical defects or shipping damage
• Verify that you received the correct products
• Damaged merchandise is required to be reported within 2 business days since the delivery date.
Returns and/or refunds are limited solely to product with substance that is materially flawed. Worn or washed items, body jewelry and posters are not returnable. Opened DVD's, CD's, LP's, books, & any other manufacturer sealed merchandise are also not returnable.
Rockstar City will not accomodated a returns and/or refunds by reason of misunderstanding the product informations. So please pay close attention to details, spelling and color to ensure correct approval before submitting a purchase.
Customers are responsible for return cost. As for the re-shipping fees on an exchangeable item, customers are also responsible.
• No returns are accepted for items on sale.
• Payments will be refunded according to the payment method used when placing the order. This will only be done after we receive the returned product in good condition.
If your return is approved, you can send the product complete with the original Rockstar City packaging. Use a shipping service that offers online tracking.
