Pre-Order Policy
We offer a pre-order service for products based on catalogs available on licensed holder websites like
Plastic Head, Rock Off Trade.
However, we apologize, pre-orders cann't be combined with the purchase of products already in stock.
Q: How to participate?
A: Check the product catalog *) on The Plastic Head website and then send screenshots of the products you want to pre-order to our WhatsApp Chat 081324823609 for prices & availability of the products.
Q: What is the Pre-Order minimum?
A: There ia no minimum order for retail customer.
Q: Can i cancel my pre-order?
A: Pre-Orders can only be cancelled if the product is out of stock at the supplier.
Q: When is the pre-order cut-off date?
A: Every last date of the month.
Q: What is the order processing time?
A: On the first of each month, we will send your Pre-Order to the supplier for processing. It will then take approximately 30 business days for the product to arrive at our warehouse.
Ordering and shipping in the import process involves many parties (suppliers, couriers, customs, etc.) Please be patient if there are delays.
Pre-orders require a 50% down payment. We will ask for a down payment before sending the Pre-Order to the supplier. Full payment is due within 7 business days after the goods arrive and we send you an invoice.
• All pre-order payments must be made by bank transfer.
• If the Pre-Order product is out of stock at the supplier, all payments will be refunded via bank transfer.
