Q: Are all your items officially licensed?
A: Yes. All our products are 100% officially licensed. By supporting Rockstar City, you’re helping your favorite artists get paid. We hate fakes and bootlegs. They hurt the bands we all love.
Q: Is all your merchandise new?
A: Yes, all merchandise we sell is unused and unworn.
Q: Do you manufacture any of the merch you sell?
A: No. We do not hold licenses for any label artists and therefore do not manufacture anything we sell. All merchandise is purchased through reputable distribution channels.
Q: Why don't you carry an item in my size?
A: We try to offer the widest selection of sizes available. If you do not see your size, it is possible that it is not offered by the band / the license holder or it's out of stock already in our warehouse. If a specific size is required please let us know.
Q: Why can't I find my favorite bands merchandise?
A: We try to carry the widest selection of artists. There does however, need to be a demand for any merchandise we would be willing to offer. If you are interested in seeing your favorite bands merchandise please let us know.
